Dubai Square will serve as the focal point of the AED 180 billion Dubai Creek Harbour development and is scheduled to open in three years.
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 5 December 2025: Emaar Properties has announced Dubai Square, a next-generation retail and entertainment destination that will play a central role in the transformation of Dubai Creek Harbour. The development will encompass approximately 2.6 million square meters of retail, hospitality, and commercial space.
Positioned as the core asset within Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai Square anchors a master-planned waterfront development spanning more than 11 million square meters, making it three times the size of Downtown Dubai. The overall investment in the project stands at AED 180 billion.
Dubai Square is designed to strengthen Dubai’s position as a leading global hub for shopping, dining, and leisure. The destination will introduce advanced technologies and new retail and entertainment concepts, creating an experience that extends well beyond conventional malls. Key features include a fully integrated transportation system, pedestrian-oriented streets, and a first of its kind drive through mall concept.
Construction is currently in progress, with completion expected within three years. Dubai Square reflects Emaar’s long term vision for Dubai Creek Harbour, bringing together residential, commercial, and leisure components within a vibrant waterfront setting along the historic Dubai Creek.
